Just My Luck Poker Chip Giveaway and 12 Spins Bingo Giveaway (the "Giveaways")

1. Sponsor. The Giveaways are sponsored by Burnt Toast Label, 2606-B Jackson Hwy, Chehalis, WA 98532 ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older at the time of entry. Not eligible: employees and contractors of Sponsor and their immediate family and household members. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Entry periods. All times are Pacific Time, and Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.

• Poker Chip Giveaway: five weekly chip windows: Pink, Oct 29, 2026 at 4:00pm to Nov 5, 2026 at 3:59pm. Blue, Nov 5 at 4:00pm to Nov 12 at 3:59pm. Orange, Nov 12 at 4:00pm to Nov 19 at 3:59pm. Green, Nov 19 at 4:00pm to Nov 26 at 3:59pm. Yellow, Nov 26 at 4:00pm to Nov 29, 2026 at 11:59pm. Entries must be received by Dec 20, 2026 at 11:59pm. No purchase entries must be received within their chip color's window.
• Bingo Giveaway: squares must be completed between Dec 1, 2026 at 12:00am and Dec 12, 2026 at 11:59pm. Exception: the "Buy a full look in Q4" square counts any qualifying order placed between Oct 29, 2026 at 4:00pm and Dec 12, 2026 at 11:59pm. Entries must be received by Dec 20, 2026 at 11:59pm. No purchase entries must be received by Dec 12, 2026 at 11:59pm.

4. How to enter: Poker Chip Giveaway.

• With a purchase: the first 400 orders placed on burnttoastlabel.com during each chip window receive one poker chip per order, while supplies last. Chip distribution ends when that week's chips run out or the window closes, whichever comes first. To enter, submit the official entry form for that chip's color at tally.so/r/8NNVkY with your name, email address, and a photo of the chip or your order number.
• Without a purchase: submit the official entry form for that window's chip color at tally.so/r/8NNVkY and select "Claim my free entry" during that chip window. Free entry is available for the full chip window, even if chips run out. Limit one free entry per person per chip window. Each free entry counts as one chip of that window's color.
• Stacks: each different chip color counts once toward your stack, whether it was earned with an order or a free entry. Extra chips of the same color do not add to your stack. A stack of 1 color enters you in the Tier 1 drawing. A stack of 3 colors also enters you in the Tier 2 drawing, and a stack of 5 colors enters you in all three drawings.

5. How to enter: Bingo Giveaway.

• Play: complete squares on the official Just My Luck bingo card, available in the printed zine and at burnttoastlabel.com. Submit the bingo entry form at tally.so/r/X558aP with proof for each completed square, such as a screenshot, photo, link or order number. The center free space counts as completed.
• Patterns: a bingo line (5 squares in a row, column or diagonal) enters you in the Tier 1 drawing. A T shape (the full top row and the full middle column) also enters you in the Tier 2 drawing, and a blackout (all 25 squares) enters you in all three drawings.
• Without a purchase: submit the bingo entry form at tally.so/r/X558aP and select "Claim my free entry" by Dec 12, 2026 at 11:59pm. Each free entry gets one entry into each of the three bingo drawings.
• Limits: one bingo card entry and one free entry per person. Social media squares require a saved screenshot to verify.

6. Entry conditions. Chips have no cash value and cannot be sold, traded or transferred. Entries must be submitted by the person who placed the qualifying order or completed the squares. Incomplete, illegible, late, duplicate, automated or falsified entries are void. Sponsor may verify any chip, order, square or proof and disqualify any entry that does not meet these rules.

7. Prizes. Each Giveaway awards the following prizes. Prize items are chosen by the winner from Burnt Toast styles available at the time of redemption, subject to size and stock availability. U.S. shipping is included at no cost to the winner. ARV is approximate retail value of the product.

• Tier 1: one Burnt Toast piece of the winner's choice. 3 winners per Giveaway. ARV up to $179 each.
• Tier 2: one 3-piece Burnt Toast outfit of the winner's choice, up to $411 total retail value. 2 winners per Giveaway. ARV up to $411 each.
• Tier 3: BT for a year: one Burnt Toast piece (up to $179 retail value) per month for 12 consecutive months, ordered any day of each month. 1 winner per Giveaway. ARV up to $2,148.

Total ARV per Giveaway: up to $3,507. Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, and winners of prizes valued at $600 or more must provide a completed IRS Form W-9 to receive their prize. For BT for a year, a month that passes without an order is forfeited.

8. Drawings and odds. Winners are selected in random drawings held between Dec 21, 2026 and Dec 31, 2026 from all eligible entries in each tier. Each Giveaway has three separate drawings, one per tier. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received. Limit one prize per person across both Giveaways. Drawings are held in order from Tier 3 to Tier 1, and anyone already selected as a winner is removed from all remaining drawings.

9. Winner notification. Winners will be notified by email and/or Instagram DM from @burnttoastlabel by Dec 31, 2026. Winners have 7 days to respond and may be asked to confirm eligibility. If a winner doesn't respond, is ineligible or can't accept the prize, an alternate winner may be drawn. We will never ask you for payment, a password or card details to claim a prize.

10. Publicity. Except where prohibited by law, entering gives Sponsor permission to announce winners' first names and social media handles without additional compensation.

11. Social media release. These Giveaways are not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, Meta or TikTok. Entrants release those platforms from all liability.

12. General conditions. Sponsor may cancel, suspend or modify a Giveaway if fraud, technical failure or any other factor impairs its fairness or integrity. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected or incomplete entries or for technical problems with any form, website or network. By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final.

13. Limitation of liability. By entering, entrants release Sponsor and its employees and agents from any liability for injury, loss or damage arising from participation in a Giveaway or from accepting or using a prize.

14. Privacy. Information collected through the entry forms is used to run the Giveaways, as described in our Privacy Policy. Entering does not subscribe you to marketing emails or texts unless you choose to sign up.

15. Governing law. These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
