We offer a 14-day return window for eligible items for store credit only.

By purchasing from Burnt Toast Label, you agree to the following return policy.
Fit & Sizing Responsibility
We strongly encourage customers to review product descriptions, sizing charts, and fit details before purchasing.
If you are unsure about sizing, please contact our support team prior to placing your order.
Purchasing multiple sizes of the same item with the intention of returning unwanted sizes may be limited or refused at Burnt Toast Label’s discretion if excessive return activity is detected.
Burnt Toast Label reserves the right to deny returns or restrict future purchases for accounts exhibiting abnormal return patterns.
General Return Policy
We want you to be obsessed with your order. But here’s the deal.
All approved returns are issued as store credit only. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method unless an item is confirmed defective and cannot be replaced.
No Refunds
Approved returns receive store credit only.
Refunds to the original payment method are only issued if an item is confirmed defective and a replacement cannot be provided.
Return Window
You have 14 days from the delivery date to submit a return request.
If your return request is approved:
• the item must be shipped back within 5 days of approval
• returns sent outside this timeframe may be denied
Condition Requirements
Items must be returned:
• unworn
• unwashed
• with original tags attached
• in original condition
Items must be free of:
• makeup
• deodorant marks
• perfume
• smoke
• body odor
• stains
• pet hair
Burnt Toast Label reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.
Final Sale Items
The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:
• any marked down or discounted item
• sale items
• promotional items
• clearance products
• mystery bundles
• gift cards
• accessories and hats
• graphic apparel
• styled by emy pieces
• international orders
Limited Drops & Viral Products
Certain Burnt Toast Label collections may be released as limited drops, exclusive releases, or promotional collections.
Due to the limited nature of these releases:
• limited drops may be FINAL SALE
• items purchased from highly limited releases may not be eligible for return or exchange
• availability cannot be guaranteed once sold out
Burnt Toast Label reserves the right to designate any collection or item as FINAL SALE due to limited inventory.
Exchanges & Store Credit
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size only.
If the requested size is unavailable at the time your return is processed, store credit will be issued instead.
Exchange Processing Fee
Size exchanges are subject to an 18% exchange processing fee to cover shipping and handling.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
Inventory Availability
We cannot hold or reserve inventory for exchanges.
If the requested size sells out before your return arrives, store credit will be issued.
Store Credit
Store credit is valid for 365 days from the issue date.
Store credit cannot be:
• transferred
• refunded
• redeemed for cash
Discounts, Bundles & Promotions
The following purchases are FINAL SALE:
• discounted items
• promotional items
• clearance products
• graphic apparel
• giveaway items
Bundles & Sets
Bundles and sets are final sale.
Partial returns of bundled items are not accepted.
Incorrect or Defective Items
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.
Requests must include clear photo evidence.
Approved claims may be resolved with one of the following:
• replacement item
• store credit
• refund (defective items only)
Burnt Toast Label reserves the right to determine whether a product qualifies as defective.
Damage caused by wear, washing, misuse, or improper care does not qualify as a defect.
Shipping, Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order leaves our facility and is transferred to the shipping carrier, Burnt Toast Label is no longer responsible for the package.
We are not responsible for:
• lost packages
• stolen packages
• delayed shipments
• carrier errors
• incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
Shipping Protection
Shipping protection is strongly recommended at checkout.
Orders placed without shipping protection cannot be refunded or replaced if lost or stolen.
International & Wholesale Orders
All international and wholesale orders are FINAL SALE, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Unauthorized Returns
All returns must be approved through our return portal before being shipped back.
Unauthorized returns may be:
• refused
• returned to the sender at the sender’s expense
Returns sent outside the approved timeframe may also be denied.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
Our fulfillment process begins immediately after checkout.
Please review your order carefully before submitting payment.
Gift Returns
Items purchased as gifts may only be returned for store credit issued to the original purchaser.
Chargebacks & Disputes
By completing a purchase with Burnt Toast Label, you agree to this Return Policy.
Customers agree to contact us before initiating a chargeback.
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in:
• account suspension
• refusal of future purchases
• submission of order documentation to dispute the claim
