SHIPPING POLICY
Thanks for shopping with Burnt Toast Label. Below is everything you need to know about how orders are processed and shipped.
Shipping Rates
U.S. Shipping
Flat rate: $9.99
International Shipping
We currently ship to Canada, Europe, and Australia.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country at delivery. These charges vary by country and are not controlled by Burnt Toast Label.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.
Processing times may be longer during:
• major sales
• limited drops
• holidays
• high-volume order periods
Processing time refers to the time it takes to prepare your order for shipment and does not include shipping transit time.
Estimated Delivery Times
U.S. Orders
Usually arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.
International Orders
Usually arrive within 6–12 business days after shipment, depending on location.
Customs processing may cause additional delays outside of our control.
Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier.
Shipping Protection
Once an order leaves our facility and is transferred to the shipping carrier, Burnt Toast Label is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
We strongly recommend adding shipping protection at checkout to insure your order against:
• loss
• theft
• carrier damage
Orders placed without shipping protection cannot be replaced or refunded if lost or stolen.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
Burnt Toast Label is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.
Carrier Delays
Burnt Toast Label is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
• weather conditions
• carrier service interruptions
• customs delays
• natural disasters
• high shipping volumes during holidays or sales
Once a shipment is transferred to the carrier, delivery timelines are outside of our control.
Split Shipments
In some cases, orders containing multiple items may ship in separate packages due to inventory location or fulfillment logistics.
If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking numbers.
Preorders & Limited Drops
Certain Burnt Toast Label items may be released as preorders or limited drops.
If your order contains a preorder item, shipping timelines may be extended based on production or fulfillment schedules. Estimated ship dates for preorder items will be provided on the product page when applicable.
International Shipping
International shipments may be subject to:
• customs inspections
• import duties
• taxes
• additional carrier fees
These charges are determined by your country’s customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
Burnt Toast Label is not responsible for customs delays.
Shipping Restrictions
Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or destination regulations.
If an order cannot be shipped to a specific location, we will contact you to arrange an alternative solution.
